In film, broadcast and corporate presentations, the spoken word is usually the most important thing going.
When I see a spot on TV and the music's killing the VO, or watch an indie film and I'm losing 20% of the dialog because the producers "saved" by not hiring audio post...
I'm perplexed.
Isn't that like a great band with a bad singer?
